What is Treasury Center?

Treasury Center is Prosperity Bank's Business Online Banking product providing business customer's convenient access to their accounts and cash management services. Businesses can view account information, move funds, check transactions, plus initiate stop payments, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.

Who can access Treasury Center?

This online banking product is available to business customers, particularly those using Treasury Management services. Businesses can also grant full or limited use of Treasury Center to employees.

How do I sign up for Treasury Center?

Contact a Prosperity Treasury Sales Officer to learn more about Treasury Center. We will work with you to establish the appropriate plan and services for your individual business needs.

How do I access Treasury Center?

Once you have been setup for services, you will download Prosperity's Treasury Center Secure Browser to establish your PIN and upon completion, will be able to begin using Treasury Center. 

How long is the transactional information available with Treasury Center?

Account history is retained for 2 years in Treasury Center. You can also have the abilitiy to enroll for e statements through Treasury Center. Treasury Center has robust balance reporting available. 

Can I download my business account history into financial management software?

Yes, there are many options available. Balance reporting provides you the ability to deliver reports in various file formats. Treasury Center has other tools available to download your business information.

Can I transfer funds from/to other financial institutions?

Yes, depending on your level of service, you can initiate a wire transfer, or originate an ACH funds transfer.

Can I approve the transfer of funds initiated by employees?

Yes. With Treasury Center you can define access levels and set transfer limits for each employee. You can also establish dual approval for certain types of payment transactions available within Treasury Center. 

What should I do with the confirmation number I receive after initiating a transaction such as a transfer?

You may either print the screen or simply make a note of the confirmation number for future reference. You may also want to establish subscriptions to receive confirmations of various types of activities and transactions that occur within Treasury Center.
