And you don't need Internet access on your phone to take advantage of Mobile Banking. You can send a simple text message to:

If you do have Internet access from your phone, it gets even better. You can log on to:

Mobile Banking is available to anyone currently enrolled for our Personal Online Banking Service.  Your access ID and password for Mobile Banking is the same as that for Personal Online Banking. If you are not already enrolled in Personal Online Banking, See Instructions. First Time User Link

To enroll in Mobile Banking using only the app with an iPhone or Android-based phone, find the First Citizens app in the app store, download, and sign in with your Online Banking credentials.


Please note:
If you desire mobile browser access, SMS text messaging for account information, and/or desire alerts without reentering your phone information for each alert, you must enroll through Personal Online Banking rather than through the app. You may still choose to use the iPhone or Android app through the Online Banking enrollment process. Log on to Personal Online Banking and select Options, Mobile Banking, SIGN UP. Options to add phones or change services are also found in Personal Online Banking.
