You'll also see the number of upcoming eBills... and scheduled payments. Just click to preview. Accounts offers an overall summary of all accounts. You can view an accounts recent transaction activity. Download the information to your desktop. And take a short cut to your eStatements. Transfers is where you transfer money. You can make internal transfers... Transfer money to your accounts at other banks... even transfer money to another person... using just their email address... or mobile phone number. Bill Pay... is your payment center. Where you can make payments to almost any company in the United States. Mobile Banking... is where you manage your mobile devices. In the upper right... you'll see the number of unread messages you have. Just click to read them. And if you have a question... send a secure message to us. And Self Service... let's you order checks... request stop payments... and update your address. It's also where you control your preferences. Manage authorized users that have access to your accounts. And review our terms and conditions. Finally, Log Out... securely ends your Web Banking session. We recommend logging out each time you end your session.

Overview

Once logged in... you'll see your Overview. An at-a-glance snap-shot of your accounts... and Bills. Within each account... you'll have quick access to a set of convenient tools. You can make a Quick Transfer. View recent transactions. And preview scheduled transfers. The Quick Transfer tool... lets you transfer money between your accounts with us... transfer to accounts at other banks. and with our Person to Person transfer service... you can even transfer money to just about anyone... using their mobile phone number... or email address. The Transaction Preview... displays the accounts recent activity. Scheduled Transfers... displays the accounts upcoming transfers. Selecting a transfer... lets you make changes. Bills... displays your upcoming eBills and Bill Reminders... along with your next scheduled payments. Just click to preview. and select a payment to make changes. You can also schedule Quick Payments from here as well.

Accounts

Accounts... offers detailed information for each account. You can view a summary of all accounts. View an accounts recent transaction activity. Download the information to your desktop. And take a short-cut to your eStatements. Summary... Displays a list of your accounts... organized by type. It includes the available balance for the account... as well as the total balance for each group. Selecting an account... displays its transaction activity. To switch accounts... just select one from the drop-down. Or select a date range... to search for a specific transaction. If you'd like to download this information to your desktop... just select the account... date range... and the file-type to export. Once downloaded you can import this file into your personal financial software.

eStatements

eStatements... are simply documents that contain your monthly bank transactions... that you can choose to receive electronically. There's no filing... you'll receive them quicker... and they're available from anywhere you have Internet access. Once enrolled... you'll be notified each time a new statement is ready. Simply log on... and select your document to view. Then if you'd like... save it to your desktop.

Transfers

From the Transfers option... you can transfer funds between your accounts with us... transfer funds to other financial institutions... or use our our Person to Person Transfer Service to securely send money to another person... using just their email address... or mobile phone number. Selecting Between Comerica Accounts... let's you add internal transfers... review pending transfers... and review your transfer history. To make a transfer... simply select the accounts... Frequency. First transfer date. Number of transfers. and... the amount. Next, review your transfer... and if everything is ok... ADD it. That's it. You'll see your Confirmation ID... and if your transfer is scheduled for a future date... it will be listed in your pending transfers. Selecting the edit icon... lets you view the details... make changes... skip the next transfer... and if it's recurring, delete the transfer all together. Transfer History... displays your recent transfers. You can filter your list to display only those with a specific status... and specify the number of days. Selecting Details... displays more information.

External Transfers

External Transfer... makes managing your financial portfolio... easier than ever. Because now you can move money where it's needed most. Not just between the accounts you have with us... but to and from your accounts at other financial institutions… and even investment companies. All from right here. One login. One list of accounts. One of the simplest... and most helpful money management tools... you'll ever use.

Bill Pay

Selecting Bill Pay... opens our powerful online bill payment service. It's a great way to manage payments. Including your rent... cable tv... cell phone... and utilities. And when you're ready... you can watch a complete set of guided tours... covering all the features. Including adding billers... setting up recurring payments... Receiving eBills... And just how easy it is to make a payment. It makes managing your bills... a breeze.

Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking... is where you manage your mobile devices... such as your phones and tablets. My Settings… let's you make changes to your currently active devices. And add new ones.

Self Service

Self Service... is where you manage your personal settings. as well as access a few convenient services. you can order checks... request stop payments... and update your address. Preferences... is where you update your account information. Such as nicknames... and which accounts display online. You can also update your contact information. Security questions... Password and User ID... add accounts... and select which page will be the first you log into. Access Manager lets you add... and control access... to other users that you decide can have access to your account information. And finally... Terms and Conditions... lets you review our policies for the various online services we offer.

Access Manager

With Access Manager you have the unique ability to offer multiple users... their own personal access... to your account information. You can assign various levels of access... and easily monitor their activity... all while maintaining complete control over your information. It may be as simple as a husband and wife... preferring separate credentials for logging in... parents wanting to monitor the finances of their children... or perhaps a business partner... sharing financial responsibility for your company. From self service, you can manage your users... and review their activity. Selecting Sub User Management... displays a list of current users. You can update their information... change their access privileges... review their activity... and delete users that are no longer useful. To add a new user, simply enter their information. including their User ID and temporary password. When ready, continue. Next, determine their privileges. You'll have the choice of adding limited access... or if the user will have nearly the same access as you for all accounts... select shared access. No Access, removes all the information about the account. Read Access allows them to see balances and transactions... but limits their ability to make changes or initiate transactions. Create Transactions Access... offers the new user access privileges... for the corresponding account. Including the ability to make transfers... and initiate transactions. Then, save. That's it! From here, you can make changes... or return to the Sub User Management screen... to see your new user in the list. The Sub User Activity screen... simply lets you review their activities. Select the user... date range, and if you'd like... the type of action you'd like to review. Leaving these fields blank, displays all activities for all users.

Messages

Messages... is our secure messaging center... and it's as easy as sending and receiving emails. Your inbox... displays messages from us... Just select one to read it. To send us a secure message... just select a subject and if you'd like... tell us which account it's regarding. Then... let us know how we can be of service. Once finished... your new message will be included in your sent mail... and we'll get back to you. as soon as we have an answer.

Online Security

At Comerica... we know how important security is to you and it’s one of our top priorities as we work to Raise Your Expectations. We take securing your personal and financial information very seriously. That’s why at Comerica we’re always investing in technology and processes... to strengthen the protection of your accounts. With Comerica Web Banking... we utilize multiple layers of security to protect your information and prevent fraud. For example, Comerica requires that your Web Banking User ID include a mix of letters and numbers... as well as the use of a complex password. We also recommend that you change your password every 6 months. Be sure to safeguard your user ID and password and do not share them. If you need to allow others to view your account information... you can create a separate user ID and password for them using the Access Manager feature available in Self Service. In addition to having strict user ID and password standards... we use behavior-based authentication to help reduce the risk of fraud. So in order to help us uniquely identify you... you'll be asked to select five security questions and responses. For added security, we suggest that you reset your security questions every 6 months. You can do this in the Self Service area after you log into Web Banking. When selecting your questions, be sure to choose ones whose answers cannot be easily found through the Internet. During your Web Banking session if the system detects any unusual activity... we may prompt you to answer two of your security questions to validate your identity. If you don’t have security questions on file... we may send you a one-time password over email. Using these methods helps reduce the likelihood of fraudulent activity against your account. In addition... Web Banking has a timeout feature that will log you out after an extended period of inactivity. This is to protect you from another person continuing your session after you walk away. While we understand that some of these measures may be inconvenient... they are in place to help protect your personal and financial information. At Comerica safeguarding your information with enhanced cyber security and fraud prevention... it's just another way we are working every day to Raise Your Expectations!
