If you are having difficulty with enrollment or receiving messages, you will need to provide the cell phone number used to enroll when notifying a representative. You may also be asked for the type of cell phone and cell phone provider to assist in locating the error.
How do I stop using Mobile Banking on my phone?
To stop using Mobile Banking on your phone, go to online banking, select the self-service tab, and click on the Mobile Banking link. On the My Phones page, find the phone number and select the option Stop using this phone for Mobile Banking
Online Banking is required to enroll for Mobile Banking. ALEC does not charge a fee to use Mobile Banking. However, you should contact your mobile provider for information about fees associated with sending or receiving text messages or accessing the internet from your mobile phone.
