How does uChoose Rewards work?
Once you are enrolled, qualifying purchases you make using your debit card will earn you points toward rewards.
How do I earn points?
Simply using your debit card to make purchases, instead of checks or cash, is the easiest way to earn points. Whether it's at the grocery store, the restaurant or the 24-hour gas pump, every qualifying purchase made with your debit card will increase your point totals. Some merchants may offer “bonus points,” too. When you're getting ready to make a purchase, click into the “Earn Points” tab of the Rewards link from your online & mobile banking login to see if a store or provider is offering any special incentives.
How do I know how many points I have?
You can get your current points balance at any time, just by logging into Carter on the GO and navigating to the Manage Debit Cards page.
How do I redeem my points?
Once logged into Carter on the GO and from the Manage Debit Cards page, you can click on the Rewards section and choose the Redemption option.
What kinds of items can I get by redeeming points?
It's virtually unlimited. Everything from electronics to clothes, housewares to vacation packages. Even gift cards and cash back. Just browse the selections to see the thousands of things that you can get by redeeming your points. And you can also use your points at Amazon.com to pay for some or all of your purchase cost.
Can I get cash for my points?
Yes. Cash Back is an option to select when redeeming your points.
