Alexa Voice Banking is an activatable skill for your Alexa Enabled Device that brings the functionality of quick online banking access to the ease of Alexa voice commands.

How am I protected?

The same protections that help keep your online bank account activity secure are at work here, assisting in the protection of your financial information and the login process. Alexa Voice Banking lets you get a quick insight into your account activity but doesn’t support higher-level functionality like sending payments, which requires the device and security system you typically use to utilize online banking. 

Can I log out when I’m finished?

Of course! As soon as you’re done getting the information you need with the ease of a simple voice command you can log out just as easily to help keep your account protected.  

How do I use them?

Using Alexa Voice Banking with Beavercreek Marketing is simple!

  1. Activate the associated Bank Application Skill in the Alexa menu.
  2. Ask Alexa a variety of questions, such as “Alexa, what is my Checking Account Balance?” and she will quickly respond with the associated information.
