CNB's Bill Pay Service is full of great features such as:

• A centralized Payment Center to make multiple payments at once, all on a single page.
• Set your payments to recur on your schedule.
• You can group your payments into categories; for example, your electricity, cable, and phone bills can be in a category called Household.
• Personal Online Banking accounts will now have the ability to setup transfers to and from external accounts.

 

Payment Processing:

Payments process through your account on the due date. For example, if you set up a payment to be paid on Friday, the Bill Pay system will determine if the payment will be a paper check or electronic payment.

• If it will be a paper check, we will cut the check on your behalf earlier in the week to make sure it gets to your payee in time for Friday's due date. The check will process through your account the same way as if you wrote the check yourself, closer to the due date.
• If it will be an electronic payment (ACH or draft), we will process the payment the day before to make sure it reaches your payee on the due date. Your account will be debited on your due date.
