Mechanics Bank is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Treasury Management Direct customers. We are adding an additional layer of security called Security Tokens. This helps ensure that your information is secure, protecting you from fraud and identity theft. Click & Learn

Activate your Token.

Enablement ScreenActivating your token only takes a few minutes, just follow the steps below. Click & Learn

  1. Once you have received your token, log in using your regular Access ID and password.
  2. Click LOG IN.
  3. From the menu, select USER OPTIONS, and then ENABLEMENT.
  4. Complete the form.
    1. Enter the token's serial number located on the back of your token.
    2. Press the gray button on your token to generate a ONE TIME PASSWORD.
    3. Enter in the ONE TIME PASSWORD into the ONE TIME PASSWORD field on your screen.
    4. Type in any 4-digit PIN number you choose.
    5. Verify your EMAIL ADDRESS.
    6. Create a SECRET QUESTION and ANSWER.
    7. Click SUBMIT.

Your token should now be activated.

Completing Secure ACH and Wire Transfers

Follow the steps below to complete ACH and Wire Transfers. Click & Learn

  1. Press the gray button on your token to generate a ONE TIME PASSWORD.
  2. Enter the ONE TIME PASSWORD into the ONE TIME PASSWORD field on your screen.
  3. Click SUBMIT.

Your Transaction is now complete.
