- Use your Free Eagle Express VISA® Check Card at least twelve times per cycle for signature (credit) purchases. PIN debit transactions do not qualify.
- Establish at least one regular direct deposit of a payroll or government check, or set up an automatic debit.
- Receive Electronic Statements, known as e-Statements.
