This includes a personal PIN number that only you know, and a ONE TIME PASSWORD that changes each time you login. This ensures that your information is fully protected.

Mobile Banking is a free service for our online banking customers. To enroll, simply log in to online banking, click the OPTIONS menu, and choose MOBILE BANKING ENROLLMENT.

  • Once enrolled an electronic message will be sent to your cell phone containing your one time password (OTP) and a URL Link.
  • You will need this OTP for your log on.
  • Once you access the URL link, it will take you into our Mobile Banking site www.dnbfirst.mobi.
  • Remember each time you access mobile banking, you will be sent a new OTP to be used the next time you log on to mobile banking.
  • The next time you log on will be one of two ways, depending on the cell phone you have.
  • If your cell phone allows you to enter the internet by clicking on a URL link, then you will open your last electronic message containing your OTP and URL link. Click on the link and you will now be in the log on screen. Enter your access ID and mobile pin. Hit submit and you are now connected to your on line account(s).
  • If your cell phone will not allow you to click on the link within the OTP electronic message, retrieve your OTP from your most recent electronic message (you will need this OTP in order to log on). Access the web from your cell phone. Enter our Mobile Banking address www.dnbfirst.mobi to your cell phone. You may want to add this address to your "favorites" for future use. Once you have accessed our Mobile Banking site, enter your access ID, your OTP that you received in your electronic message and mobile pin. Hit submit and you are now connected to your on line account(s).
  • It is strongly suggested to click "log off" to end your mobile banking session and for further security clear the cache on your cell phone. Refer to your phone's owner manual for specific instructions on clearing the cache.
