Fremont Bank is proud to offer advanced methods for authenticating business online banking access for our clients. We are providing an additional layer of security to the Business Online Banking log in process called Security Tokens. Use of Security Tokens significantly increases the security of your online banking account information and reduces the risk of unauthorized access and fraud.  Learn More

How it works - Security Tokens verify your identity in two ways. Every time you log in to Business Online Banking, the Bank identifies you, and it lets you identify the Bank.

Activate your Token.

Activating your token only takes a few minutes. Just follow the steps below. Learn More

1. Once you have received your token, log in using your regular Access ID and password.
2. Click LOG IN.
3. From the menu, select OPTIONS, and then ENABLEMENT.
4. Complete the form.
   1. Enter the token's serial number located on the back of your token. Please do not include the dashes.
   2. Press the gray button on your token to generate a ONE TIME PASSWORD.
   3. Enter in the ONE TIME PASSWORD into the ONE TIME PASSWORD field on your screen.
   4. Type in any 4-digit PIN number you choose. You will need this PIN each time you log in.
   5. Verify or enter your EMAIL ADDRESS.
   6. Select a SECRET QUESTION and ANSWER.
   7. Click SUBMIT.

Your token should now be activated.

Log in using your Token

Follow the steps below to log in using your token. Learn More

1. Once your token is activated, log in using your current ACCESS ID.
2. Press the gray button on your token to generate a ONE TIME PASSWORD.
3. Enter the ONE TIME PASSWORD into the PASSWORD field on your screen.
4. AFTER YOUR TOKEN PASSWORD, enter the 4-digit PIN number you selected during activation to complete your password.
5. Click LOG IN.
6. The SITE AUTHENTICATION screen appears.
7. Press the token's gray button a second time to generate the SITE AUTHENTICATION VALUE.
8. The 4-digit number on your token must match the site authentication value displayed on the screen. If they match, click SUBMIT to log in
   1. If the site authentication numbers DO NOT MATCH, DO NOT CONTINUE. Start over or contact Fremont Bank for assistance.

You are now securely logged in.  

Completing Secure Wire Transfers and Tax Payments

Follow the steps below to complete Wire Transfers and Tax Payments. Learn More

1. Press the gray button on your token to generate a ONE TIME PASSWORD.
2. Enter the ONE TIME PASSWORD into the ONE TIME PASSWORD field on your screen.
3. Click SUBMIT.

Your transaction is now complete.
