What are eStatements?

eStatements are an electronic copy of your Westmark Statement. It’s a quick and easy way to receive and store your monthly statement using your access through Personal Branch.

How do eStatements work?

You log into Online Banking and go right to your eStatements.  That's it!  We will notify you through a secure message sent to your inbox within Personal Branch each month when your statement is ready to be viewed. You will be able to view your statement from your computer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the Internet.  You can also save your eStatements to your computer for later retrieval and long term storage.

Will I continue to get a paper statement through the mail?

You can view your eStatements online regardless of whether you still receive your paper statement in the mail.  If you wish to not receive your paper statement in the mail, you can at anytime opt-out of receiving your printed statement by submitting the form located on the eStatement page within Personal Branch.

How safe is my statement online?

Just like Online Banking, we maintain the highest level of security, using proven technologies to protect your data and ensure the safety and confidentiality of your electronic statement.

When will I receive my online statement?

You’ll receive your statements sooner than with traditional mailing. Each month, when your statement is generated on your specific statement cycle date, your eStatement for that month will be available with 1-2 business days of your cycle date.

Please note: A statement may not be generated depending on certain factors, such as no activity on your account for the statement period, or only having a Savings Account with no activity (Statements generated quarterly).

How much history will I have access to?

eStatements are available for the previous 2 years plus the current year.

Can I save my eStatements?

Yes, you have the option of printing a hard copy or saving a copy of the PDF file to your own computer.
