Tablet Banking Enrollment
Enrolling in Tablet Banking is easy; simply follow the instructions below to download the app and get started! Please note that the FCB Banks Tablet Banking app is currently only available on iPad devices.
Downloading the App
- Open your iPad’s App Store.
- Search for First Collinsville Bank or First County Bank based on where you opened your account. The First Collinsville Bank app is green and the First County Bank app is orange.
- Download the correct app.
- Once the app has been successfully installed, use your Online Banking Access ID and Password to log in.
- That’s it; you’re enrolled!
Online Banking Enrollment
- Log into Online Banking on your iPad.
- Click Options.
- Scroll to the Mobile Banking Profile heading and choose Manage Devices.
- If you are not yet enrolled in Mobile Banking, you will have to choose Enroll Now and complete the Mobile Banking enrollment process.
- Click Add A New Device for a direct link to the app download.
- Click on the App Store link under the "For your tablet" heading.
- Download the app, log in with your Online Banking Access ID and Password, and you're enrolled!
Mobile Deposit
No additional application is necessary for Mobile Deposit. Contact Customer Service at 866-323-4322 if the Mobile Deposit option is not available. Please note that New Beginnings, Christmas Club, and Vacation Club accounts are not eligible for Mobile Deposit. A $0.50 per deposit fee and certain other restrictions apply.

You must be an Online Banking customer to utilize Tablet Banking. Make sure your Online Banking Access ID and Password are ready to go before starting the Tablet Banking enrollment process.
- If you’ve never signed up for Online Banking, or if your Access ID has expired due to inactivity, stop by the nearest FCB location to get started. You can also apply online here.
- If you’ve forgotten your Access ID or Password, contact Customer Service at 866-323-4322 for assistance. Representatives are available Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
