What is Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking is an service that delivers the convenience of Online Banking to your smart phone. Mobile Banking allows you to perform banking related transactions from your smart phone 24/7.
What services are available with Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking allows the following types of services:
- View account balances
- View transaction history
- View pending transactions
- Transfer funds
- Make loan payments or advances
- Receive "eAlerts" on banking transactions
What type of accounts can I access with Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking will provide access to the same accounts that are viewable through Online Banking including your checking, savings, CD's and loans.
Is there a cost to use Mobile Banking?
No. Mobile Banking is a free service. Please contact your cell phone carrier for any standard charges that may apply to text messaging or web usage.
How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking enrollment is completed through Online Banking. Choose "Options" then choose "Manage Devices" under "Mobile Banking Profile".
How do I access Mobile Banking?
Online Banking customers can register for Mobile Banking on your smart phone.
- On your device open Google Play of the app Store and seach for TouchBanking.
- After you downlod the TouchBanking application, you will need to enter this App Code to activate it: GoMobile0722
What do I use for my Access ID?
The Access ID used for Mobile Banking is the same as the Access ID used for Online Banking.
What phones are supported for Mobile Banking?
Phones must have internet access and a browser that supports XHTML pages. Please contact your carrier for specific questions relating to your phones individual settings.
Does Mobile Banking require any software to be loaded to the phone?
No. Mobile Banking is a browser based application that does not require any software to be loaded to the individual device.
Is Mobile Banking secure?
Yes. All messages exchanged between the cell phone and server are encrypted with 128 bit encryption. The message is then transferred over the phone carriers' network.
Can I have Alerts and Text Banking on my cell phone?
You can set up Alerts and Text Banking that will be sent via text message to your cell phone.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click the Options Menu
- Choose Manage Devices under Mobile Banking Profile
- Click Add a New Device button
- Click Text Messaging box and Alerts box on the right hand side of the page
- Click Continue
You will then receive a text message from CCB Mobile to confirm you are enrolled in Text and Alert services. To learn how to set up Alerts and use Text Banking, refer to the video tutorial above.
